Sweet Home is a Korean horror series based on the webtoon of the same name. The first season premiered in December 2020 on Netflix and quickly became a surprise hit. Among other things, it received an 86% positive rating on RottenTomatoes.
On July 19, 2024, the third and final season of the series will start, after fans had to wait three years for a continuation. Because the second season of Sweet Home only started in December 2023.

What is it about? Sweet Home follows the story of Cha Hyun Soo, a depressed student who moves into an old apartment complex after the death of his entire family. While he is still trying to cope with the loss and his new life, the world around him changes.
People everywhere are transforming into monsters that represent different human desires. As a result, the residents of the apartment complex are trapped and face a new struggle for survival. In the second season, these monsters have spread even further and threaten to exterminate all of humanity.
In the third season of Sweet Home, new rules prevail
In the third and final season, the line between humans and monsters is expected to blur even more. A base for survivors has set new rules. Here, people with symptoms are pardoned and allowed to move around freely. You can also expect the birth of a completely new species in season three.
