A YouTuber has repeatedly garnered attention in recent years for his controversial behavior: ApoRed. Lawyer Christian Solmecke, who produces content on YouTube regarding legal topics, has continually analyzed the statements and has now himself become a target of the YouTuber.
Who is it about? The former gaming YouTuber Ahmad “ApoRed” Ahadi has allegedly gotten into trouble several times in recent years. He was convicted of a “bomb prank” in 2016 and sentenced to seven months of probation.
Since he violated the probation conditions by driving without a license and committing document forgery, there has been a warrant for his arrest since March 2023. Since then, the YouTuber has been alternating between Turkey and Dubai, which he affectionately calls “Dubi”.
His plan is not to return to Germany until his sentences expire. According to his calculations, that should be three years.

ApoRed makes allegations
What does ApoRed claim? In his latest video on YouTube, the YouTuber claims that he is wanted internationally by Interpol. He wanted to enter Bali and was confronted about his criminal records during the entry control. Although he was still allowed to enter Bali, he learned that he is “in Interpol”.
ApoRed then attacks lawyer Christian Solmecke. He refers to him as “Solmecki” and accuses him of not being a real lawyer and posing as a “wanna-be lawyer”.
“That’s his interpretation of things”
How does Christian Solmecke respond? The lawyer contextualizes the statements of the “Aller-Echten” in his YouTube video from a legal perspective. For him, it is clear: “That’s his interpretation of things.” In his opinion, it is not possible to be wanted by Interpol just because one has committed document forgery and driving without a license.
To substantiate his claims, Christian Solmecke visits the official Interpol website and searches for ApoRed’s real name. He finds no entries, even when he enters ApoRed’s chosen alias “Maincharacter”.
Regarding the accusation of not being a real lawyer, Christian Solmecke does not really respond. It does not seem to be a serious accusation, as it is quickly provable that he is indeed a real lawyer.

Lawyer points out weaknesses in ApoRed’s plan
This is what he says about ApoRed’s plan: Christian Solmecke is critical of the controversial YouTuber’s plan to simply avoid Germany until his sentences expire. Although the consideration of the three years of limitations is not wrong, ApoRed apparently forgot something.
For three years of limitation periods to apply, he would need to not have been convicted yet. However, since ApoRed has already been to court and received the probation sentence, five years must pass for a limitation.
Christian Solmecke says: “The escape rabbit needs to be active a little longer; not three, but five years, and at least that.”
Furthermore, ApoRed is staying, among other places, in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, with which Germany does not have an extradition agreement. Accordingly, Christian Solmecke states that the limitation could potentially be extended.
