Pokémon Unite will receive a new update on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. This is mainly about balance adjustments and modifies several Pokémon.
When will the update be released? The “Pokémon Unite” update will be available at 09:00 AM on August 4, 2021. To activate it, you just need to restart the software once at that time.
To do this, close the game if it is still open by pressing the X button in the Switch main menu. After that, you can simply click on the game to restart it. By the way: If you are just starting with the game, you can find tips for getting started in Pokémon Unite here.
What does the update include? The patch notes mention bug fixes and text fixes – errors will be corrected here. Additionally, there will be a test run for an “observation” feature between August 4 and 6.
Furthermore, there are a lot of adjustments for various Pokémon.
These monsters in Pokémon Unite are adjusted by the update
What changes? Basically, the patch notes mention 14 monsters that will be adjusted. Unfortunately, exact numbers for the changes have not been provided yet.
For example, there are mentions of reduced cooldowns or enhanced effects – how exactly these will impact the game is still uncertain. It remains to be seen how significantly or subtly some of the changes will be felt in the game.
Since the game is currently not available in German and the moves in Pokémon Unite are also only shown by their English names, we will keep the English names of the moves for now.
