On which platforms can you play Pokémon Pokopia? You can only play the game on the Nintendo Switch 2. It will not be released on the first Nintendo Switch.

Do you need an internet connection to play? No, Pokopia can also be played offline. However, you need to download the game first. As the game is released on a Game Key Card, you will need an internet connection.

With the Game Key Card, you are purchasing only the license to download the game. You must download the full game, which requires an internet connection.

Can you play Pokémon Pokopia in coop mode? Yes, you can. However, for the online mode, you need an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription, which incurs additional costs.

How many players can meet in multiplayer? You can play multiplayer with up to 4 players.

What do you do in Pokémon Pokopia? Your task is to rebuild a lonely world while disguised as a human Ditto, focusing on building and gardening. You work closely with various Pokémon and utilize their special abilities to gather resources and shape the world according to your wishes.

As Ditto, you can acquire the abilities of different Pokémon and even partially transform into them. For example, you can swim through Lapras. Through terraforming, you can adjust and design your environment. You can also build furniture and create decorations, just like in Animal Crossing.

Will there be more information on Pokémon Day 2026? On February 27, 2026, Pokémon Day will take place. At 3 PM, there will be a new Pokémon Presents on the official Pokémon YouTube channel. It can be assumed that new information or even a new trailer for Pokémon Pokopia will be seen there.
