When does Winter Wonderland run? The event starts on Saturday, December 23, 2023, and ends on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at 8:00 PM. But, importantly: There will be a raid day in between that brings you the new Pokémon Damythir.
When does the raid day with Damythir start? It begins on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 2:00 PM and ends the same day at 5:00 PM. It only runs for three hours within the Winter Wonderland event.

What kind of Pokémon is that? In Legends: Arceus, the Pokémon Damhirplex got an evolution: Damythir. This Hisui Pokémon served as a mount for trainers in the game and is now appearing in Pokémon GO. You will obtain it during the raid day.
All information about the raid day:
- Runs on December 23, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Damythir appears in level 3 raids
- You can also encounter the shiny variant – the chance for that is increased
- You will receive up to five additional raid passes from arena discs – during and up to two hours after the event
- The remote raid limit will be increased to ten instead of five. This already applies from 1:00 AM on December 23 and until December 24 at 4:00 AM
All important information about Winter Wonderland
This is the framework event that runs over the weekend of December 23 and 24. Here there are a few bonuses and a collector challenge.
In the collector challenge, you can also encounter Damythir. The tasks will focus on catching and evolving various Pokémon. Psyduck in holiday attire is also expected to appear as a reward.
Additionally, the following bonuses are available:
- Up to five special trades per day
- 50% less stardust cost when trading
- Double XP for victories in raids
