What is this event? The last time in 2019, Pokémon GO held a Raid Hour featuring Rayquaza. Trainers assumed that the last Raid Hour with Ray would be the final one. However, the developers at Niantic are starting the final Raid Hour with Rayquaza today, on September 1st.
When does the event take place? This evening, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the Raid Hour will take place.

Bonuses:
– There will be an increased number of Legendary Raids in Pokémon GO’s gyms. You will find many Rayquaza Raids there.
– You have the chance to catch Shiny Rayquaza.
What is the chance of Shinys? The developers did not mention that the chances will be increased for this event. It is assumed that the usual 5% chance of encountering a shiny form of Rayquaza applies.
