What is Practibalk? This Pokémon has come to the game with the new wave of Gen-5 Pokémon. Currently, you cannot catch Practibalk in the wild, but you can only battle it in raids and hatch it from 10 km eggs.

Trading Practibalk – What it brings
Here’s what it means: Practibalk, or its evolutions, are among the few Pokémon that can be evolved for free through a trade.
Evolving Practibalk into Strepoli still costs 50 candies, but when you evolve Strepoli into Meistagrif, it costs no candies. The requirement is that you have traded it beforehand.
Meistagrif is one of the best Pokémon in the game, so you should have several good specimens.
Here’s how you should proceed: If you get a Practibalk with poor IV from the raid, do not throw it away, but trade it for another Practibalk with a friend.
It can become a lucky Pokémon or simply get good IVs.
If it has IVs that you consider to be good (we recommend a value of 96+), then you can invest 50 candies and evolve it into Strepoli. The evolution into Meistagrif should then be free.
If you get a Practibalk with good IV from the raid, you should not trade it. However, the normal evolution into Meistagrif will then cost 250 candies. So it is more worthwhile to evolve a good traded Practibalk, as you save 200 candies this way.
These are the benefits of trading: First, you get at least one candy for each trade. If you trade Pokémon that have been caught further away, you even get 2 or 3 candies.
Moreover, you have a chance for a lucky Pokémon and good IVs with each trade. Your useless Practibalk can become really good.
If you have traded several Practibalk and maybe also have a lucky Pokémon together, you just need to invest 50 candies and you can evolve into a strong Pokémon.
This is also suitable for Practibalk: If you have lucky friends, you should also consider a Practibalk trade. There will definitely be a Practibalk as a lucky Pokémon.
