The following requirements must be met for evolution:
- from Flabébé to Floette: 25 candy
- from Floette to Florges: 100 candy, as buddy
What you need to pay attention to is the following:
Tip: You can only collect the hearts for Florges after you have already evolved your Flabébé into Floette. If you have set Flabébé as your buddy, the hearts will not count for the final evolution.
