In Pokémon GO the Community Day with Nebulak has finally been scheduled. So far, there was knowledge of Nebulak, but the exact date and the bonuses were not known yet
What is now known: In May we were able to choose the coming two Community Days. While it was about Hornliu in June, the choice in July fell on Nebulak. No further information was available so far.
However, now more is known, as Niantic has announced the bonuses and the date for the Community Day.
Community Day with Nebulak – All Bonuses
When does the Community Day take place? It starts on July 19 at 11:00 AM local time. The event will run for another 6 hours until 7:00 PM. Thus, the Community Day will take place on a Sunday this time.
What are the bonuses? Apart from the numerous Nebulak that will appear in the wild, there are the following bonuses:
- Incense lasts for 3 hours
- Eggs will be hatched four times faster – a 10-kilometer egg only needs 2.5 kilometers
- A special research can be purchased for one dollar in the shop
What is the exclusive attack? If you evolve an Alpollo to Gengar during the event, it learns the attack Shadow Punch. This was already known beforehand.

Is the event worth it? With Nebulak, a Pokémon that has already been available as shiny receives a Community Day. However, if you still need a shiny Nebulak, you can expect an increased shiny rate here.
For raids, Gengar is definitely a good choice among ghost Pokémon, but there is stronger competition here. However, those who are still at the beginning of their Pokémon career should secure a good Nebulak and evolve it.
During the Community Days, Pokémon GO also revolves around the preparation for the GO Fest. A three-week event marathon takes place during this time.
