In Pokémon GO a new event has been announced. The contents also include a Pokémon that will be available in its shiny form for the first time.
What kind of event is this? The event named Water Paradise starts on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM and runs until Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 8:00 PM.
While the next local part of the GO Fest 2024 takes place in New York, the event for the rest of the world will also feature some Pokémon that will be available at that time in New York. In mid-July, you can then participate in the global part of GO Fest 2024.
In addition to the Pokémon, there are also a few bonuses and even the premiere of a Pokémon that will be available as shiny for the first time.

Field Research: If you complete the field research during the event, you can earn encounters with the following Pokémon as rewards:

Paid Limited Research: For $1.99 (about €2), you can purchase limited research for the event. You have until the end of the event on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 8:00 PM to complete the research.
