In Pokémon GO you can now evolve Venicro to obtain Agoyon. We will explain how exactly that works.
As part of the current event Ultradimensions-Fest
, the Ultra Beasts Muramura, Kopplosio, and Agoyon have made their way into the game. Agoyon is the evolution of Venicron.
The Ultra Beast Venicron from the 7th generation could already be obtained at the beginning of the current season through the corresponding special research. If you want to evolve the Pokémon, you need to meet 2 requirements.
Obtain Agoyon: Collect Candies, Catch Pokémon
How can I evolve Venicro? If you want to evolve your Venicro, you first need 200 candies of the Pokémon. If you successfully complete the last step of the special research Welt voller Wunder
, you can immediately enjoy over 100 Venicron candies.
If you purchased the wonder ticket, you will have the opportunity to catch another Venicro in part 3 and thus receive some additional candies. To obtain the remaining candies, you have 2 options.
The first option is to convert special candies into Venicro candies. The best way to obtain special candies is to participate in the battle league.
The second option is to take Venicro as your buddy. This way, you will receive a Venicro candy for every 20 km. If you use the item Knursp, you can halve the required distance.
Once you have collected the candies, you still need to fulfill a second criterion. While having your Venicro as your buddy, you must catch 20 Dragon-type Pokémon. Once you have done that and collected the 200 candies, you can finally evolve your Venicro into Agoyon.
Especially collecting the 200 candies may not be so easy. Because whether you collect the candies through the battle league or by walking with Venicro, you will need some time for that.
What do you think about the requirements you must meet for the evolution? Do you find them appropriate, or do you think they are too high? Please feel free to share your opinion in the comments. Before you evolve Agoyon, you can already inform yourself about how strong the new Ultra Beasts are.
