The new Pokémon GO update 0.77.1 for Android and 1.47.1 for iOS is on its way to you. Some bugs will be fixed.
With a new Pokémon GO update, the developers want to eliminate some bugs from the game and provide you with a better gaming experience. The update 0.77.1 for Android and 1.47.1 for iOS devices is now rolling out and will gradually be made available for different regions.
The annoying curveball bug, where not every curveball was recognized, is supposed to be fixed. When the update will be available for all trainers in Germany is still unclear.

In the patch notes, the developers explain what will change for Pokémon GO players with the update:
- A confirmation dialog now appears when trying to send costumed Pokémon.
- Costumed Pokémon can no longer be transferred in bulk.
- A bug has been fixed that caused occasional network errors during raid battles.
- A bug has been fixed that displayed the number of trainers in the raid battle lobby incorrectly.
- A bug has been fixed that reset the Pokémon selection when choosing an item in the raid battle lobby.
- A bug has been fixed that did not count curveballs correctly.
- Various other bugs have been fixed and performance improved.
Attention Speculation: Speculation is already running high regarding the “costumed Pokémon.” This could refer to the various Pikachu, Pichu, and Raichu forms with their hats or announce a special feature for Halloween. Trainers are hoping for spooky costumed Pokémon for the Halloween event in Pokémon GO. However, this has not been confirmed yet. It would be a cool idea though.
