Pokémon GO is getting a new update that is supposed to change some features and functions in the game. Patch 0.69.0 for Android and 1.39.0 for iOS is currently rolling out and is not yet available for all devices. This update will be gradually released for different countries and regions.
When exactly the update will be available in Germany is still unclear.
You can send berries to Pokémon through the Pokémon info screen with the update. A bug has also been fixed where monsters did not return after defending an arena.
Patch Notes 0.69.0, 1.39.0 – Legendary Pokémon in the Code
In this patch, there are many changes and bug fixes that are supposed to improve Pokémon GO for you. Annoying bugs have been eliminated and new features have been added that you can use in your future Pokémon adventures. The developers explain in detail what has changed in the Patch Notes for update 0.69.0:
- In the Pokémon info screen, there are now new symbols that show you how you caught a Pokémon.
- You can now immediately spin the photo disc of an arena after a raid battle and no longer have to wait for it.
- From now on, you can send berries to Pokémon defending an arena through the Pokémon info screen.
- You can also now feed your arena defenders with berries, even if their motivation bar is already full.
- The new search function within your Pokémon collection has now been improved.
Bug Fixes
- A bug has been fixed where trainers could not finish raid battles that started before the timer ended on the map.
- Another bug was fixed where Pokémon did not return to their trainers after defending an arena.
- Further bugs from the last update have been fixed.
