The new Pokémon GO update 0.67.1 for Android and 1.37.1 for iOS is now rolling out and brings the arena update to the game.
For Pokémon GO, one of the biggest updates of the game is now rolling out. Update 0.67.1 for Android and Update 1.37.1 for iOS brings the announced arena changes.
You can expect a motivation system, arena medals, arena notifications, and the new raid cooperative battles. Since the update is rolling out, it may take a while before it is available in Germany.

Finally, the major arena update is being activated in Pokémon GO, bringing you cool changes that are meant to make the game even more interesting. In a major announcement, we already explained to you which new features and functions the arena reset brings and what the rework should look like.
The patch notes for the new Pokémon GO update were announced by the developers on Tuesday evening (June 20):
- Arenas will be significantly revamped and will bring the new motivation system for Pokémon
- There are now arena medals in the game
- Push and app internal notifications for arenas are active in the new patch
- Raid battles will be activated to allow a new type of gameplay
- Four new items have been added that you can find in completed raid battles (More information about this here)
- Raid tab has been added to the nearby overview
- Your Pokémon collection now has a search function
- Visible indicator now shows you PokéStops that you have not yet visited.
When exactly the update will be available for download is not yet known. However, the disabled arenas are expected to be reactivated as soon as all players have access to update 0.67.1.
