The new Pokémon GO update 0.105.1 is available for download for iOS and Android. What changes for you?
Trainers report that the update 0.105.1 is now available for download in the app stores. Data miners have closely examined this version and found that sounds for the Catapult attack are now in the code. Surprisingly, they noted that there are currently no changes to the PokéStop submissions.
Update 0.105.1 APK – What the datamining says
The experts from PokémonGOHub have taken a close look at the new update and checked for changes in the code. Smack Down or Catapult is a new attack for Pokémon GO that is currently not yet released. Hints about it can be found in the game’s code.
Now the attack also has a matching sound file – at least in the code. After a leak, it is expected that Despotar will be able to learn this attack during the Community Day in June. Despotar with “Catapult” would be the strongest rock attacker in Pokémon GO
Bug Fixes
In addition to the new sound file, there are not many changes in update 0.105.1. It is a minor update that brings bug fixes and avoids major changes.
The Catapult attack is slowly approaching release. When this will happen is unclear. However, many indications point to a release during the Pokémon GO Community Day in June with Larvitar.
Unfortunately, there are no updates regarding the PokéStop submissions that fans have been eagerly waiting for in the new update. The submissions are apparently meant to allow trainers to suggest locations for PokéStops or gyms. However, there have only been hints of this feature during datamining so far.
Currently, the Water Festival is taking place in Pokémon GO, giving you many bonuses. These include shiny forms of Shellder and Kyogre, as well as more Stardust and candies. Everything you need to know about the Water Festival in Pokémon GO.
