In Pokémon GO, you need a lot of experience points if you want to reach level 50. A trainer on Reddit has now shown how you can really rake in points during the current event.
What kind of event is this? Currently in Pokémon GO, Adventure Week is taking place, where you can expect not only some fossil Pokémon but also hefty experience point bonuses. The event runs until Monday, August 12, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
A trainer on Reddit has now shown how you can cleverly combine the XP bonuses from the event to take home a nice pile of experience points.
Combine bonuses, use items
How many experience points did the trainer earn? The trainer shows in his post on Reddit that he was able to collect a whopping 93,876 experience points with just one single PokéStop spin.
How did he do that? If you spin a PokéStop for 7 consecutive days, you receive a large bonus on the first spin of the day on the 7th day. In the current event, you also receive five times the amount of experience points for the first spin of a PokéStop each day.
You also earn more experience points if you spin a previously unvisited PokéStop. The trainer used this as well to further increase the amount of experience points.
To get even more out of this one spin and further boost the XP, the trainer also used a Lucky Egg. By using this item, you can basically double the amount of experience points you earn during the item’s effect duration.
The clever combination of all these bonuses ultimately allowed the player to collect the incredible sum of 93,876 experience points. And that with just one single spin.
Since the event still runs for exactly 7 days, you still have enough time to follow the trainer’s example and take home a nice experience points bonus.
