In Pokémon GO starts today the event Paldea Adventure
, which brings you lots of spawns and bonuses. New monsters will also be found. What they are and what else to expect, we have summarized for you at MeinMMO.
What event is it about? In the new season Abundant Adventures
, Pokémon GO trainers are heading to the Paldea region. The event Paldea Adventure
kicks off on September 5th.
During this event, you can look forward to plenty of spawns from the respective region, which means there will be some new monsters. There will also be one or two bonuses in the coming days. We will show you what content to look forward to and what special hyper bonus you have earned for the event below.
When does the event run? The Paldea Adventure starts on September 5th, 2023, at 10:00 AM local time and will be active until September 10th, 2023, at 8:00 PM local time.
All new monsters and spawns for the Paldea event
What new monsters are there? The focus of the Paldea event will be monsters from the Paldea region. You can encounter the three starter Pokémon Felori, Krokel, and Kwaks for the first time, which you can further evolve as appropriate. Additionally, Ferkuli will also be the first possible shiny from this region.
All spawns: Especially in the wilderness, you can encounter the first evolution stage of the new Paldea monsters. Known Pokémon can also be caught in the coming days in the wilderness, which may even appear as shiny (*) with a bit of luck. Keep an eye out for the following:
- Hoppspross*
- Hunduster*
- Bamelin*
- Dartiri*
- Felori
- Krokel
- Kwaks
- Ferkuli*
All Pokémon in raids: The raids will also be adjusted for the event. Since you earned a special hyper bonus during the GO Fest 2023, you will find a number of Icognito in the raids in the coming days.
This is your chance to complete your PokéDex accordingly and, with a bit of luck, encounter a shiny. You can meet the following monsters in the raids:

For the event Paldea Adventure
, you will also benefit from some bonuses again. Some of them, such as a limited-time research or catching bonuses, you have earned through the hyper bonus for the GO Fest. The following bonuses await you:
- 4 times XP when catching
- 4 times stardust when catching
- Golden PokéStops even without golden lures
- Gierspenst in wandering form only appears with a golden lure

Outlook for the 2nd part of the hyper bonus
What else is expected? But that’s not all about the Paldea region. Before the Paldea Adventure ends on September 10th, you will already start another Paldea event, which you have earned as a hyper bonus for the GO Fest.
Under the name Hyper Bonus: Paldea
, more new monsters and bonuses will come into play. The previous ones from the Paldea Adventure will remain in place meanwhile.
When does the event run? The Hyper Bonus: Paldea starts on September 10th, 2023, at 10:00 AM local time and is active until September 15th, 2023, at 8:00 PM local time.

What new monsters are coming? In addition to the Pokémon that will already be available in the Paldea Adventure, you can expect the following new monsters in the game for the Hyper Bonus event:
- Micrick with its evolution Lextremo
- Pamo with its evolutions Pamamo and Pamomamo
- Adeborn*
- Frospino with its evolutions Cryospino and Espinodon
Especially Frospino is already popular among trainers due to its evolution. Additionally, the Level 3 raid bosses will change to Tortunator*, Axantor*, and Adeborn*. This is your chance to finally secure an Axantor again.
Are there new bonuses? Yes, you can also receive some additional bonuses again. The following is expected besides the bonuses for the Paldea Adventure:
