event starts today in Pokémon GO. We have gathered all the info, spawns, and bonuses for you.
What kind of event is this? The new event named Blooming Wonder
starts on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM and runs until Monday, March 25, 2024, at 8:00 PM. There will be some spawns and bonuses for you again.
Additionally, there will be a ticket available in this event that you can purchase. If you do, you will have the chance to obtain a Pokémon that has not been found in Pokémon GO for years.

Which Pokémon will be in the event? The following Pokémon can be encountered in the wild during the event:
- Bulbasaur*
- Oddish*
- Tangela*
- Sprout*
- Rockruff*
- Swablu
- Bellsprout*
- Whimsicott with flower crown* (first time available in this variant in the game)
- Flabébé* (varies by region, red-flower variant in Europe)*
- Wurmple*
Additionally, you can encounter the following Pokémon, which are harder to find:
- Vegimak*
- Grillmak*
- Sodamak*
- Zorua*
- Flabébé (white-flower)*, rarer
- Flabébé (orange-flower)*, rarer
The Pokémon marked with an * can also appear as Shiny. Flabébé will be appearing as Shiny for the first time in this event.
Which Pokémon can appear in field research? You can encounter these Pokémon as rewards for completing field research:
- Vulpix*
- Quapsel*
- Marill*
- Slugma*
- Whimsicott with flower crown*
- Vegimak*
- Grillmak*
- Sodamak*
All Pokémon marked with an * can also appear in their Shiny variants.
What other content will be free in the event? In addition to the event, there will be showcases where you can compare your Flabébé with those of other trainers. There will also be collector challenges, but no further information is available on that yet.

How much does the ticket cost? According to the official announcement, the ticket will be available for a price of $7.99. In Germany, the ticket will be in a similar price range. You can only purchase the ticket during the event. However, you can still complete the special research you receive from it after the event.
What is included in the ticket? By purchasing the ticket, you will receive the special research I’m being haunted by the dark monkey
. In this special research, you will have a guaranteed encounter with the Pokémon Zarude. Additionally, you will receive the following rewards in the special research:
- 2 Premium battle passes
- 6 silver pinap berries
- 5 special candies
- 1 incense
- Encounters with various Pokémon of the types Dark and Grass
- Other, currently unknown rewards
Additionally, the following Pokémon may appear more frequently in the event if you use incense and have purchased the ticket:
