When does it start? The event starts at the usual time at 6:00 PM local time. However, the eggs for the level 5 raids will appear a few minutes before this kick-off, so they hatch right at 6:00 PM.
What attack does it have? Lugia will remain in Pokémon GO until November 16th at 10:00 PM. If you catch it during this time, it will learn the special attack Air Slash.
Is there Shiny Lugia? Yes, the shiny version is already active in the game, and you also have the chance to catch it today during the raid hour.
