Giratina in Remote Raids – How does it work? Recently, you can participate in Remote Raids in Pokémon GO. This also applies to the Raid Hour with Giratina.
You can coordinate before the event starts and then approach each gym one by one and battle in the Remote Raid.
You still need 3 players and the counters remain the same. However, keep in mind that you need better communication because you cannot see each other, making it a bit more complicated to enter the raids together.
You can also play the event as usual directly at the gyms. However, keep in mind that you follow the distancing rules and do not form large groups.
Is the Raid Hour worth it? The Altered Forme of Giratina is not useful for raids. However, it is really strong in the PvP League and dominates the tier lists there.
Additionally, you can encounter Giratina as a Shiny. So if you don’t have a shiny version yet, you should take advantage of the Raid Hour. The chance of a Shiny in legendary raids is 1 in 19.
