In Pokémon GO is the Timed Research active during the Fashion Week event. We show you in the overview all tasks and rewards of the six chapters.
What kind of research is this? In Pokémon GO, the Fashion Week 2022 brings many new costumed Pokémon and also new Shinys into the game. In the Timed Research, you will receive a few encounters with Pokémon, but also battles against Fashion Challengers.
The new research has six chapters with various tasks.
Tip: Three task blocks reward you with an encounter with a Fashion Challenger. Each next task is to battle a Fashion Challenger. These tasks build on each other; you do not have to search for challengers at PokéStops. The encounter with a challenger then triggers the next task for you.
Research for Fashion Week 1/6

Stage Reward: If you complete all three tasks and claim the corresponding rewards, you will also receive an encounter with an Event Challenger. This challenger fights with

Stage Reward: If you complete all three tasks and claim the corresponding rewards, you will also receive an encounter with a Fashion Challenger.

- Coiffwaff in the diamond form
- Costumed Elezeba
- Costumed Absol
Tip: As a “wild Garstella”, the Pokémon counts if you have not caught it yet. Tap on a Garstella in the wild, and before you catch it, take a snapshot of it. This guarantees you complete the task.

How do you like the Timed Research for this event? Do you think that through the encounters with the challengers, Niantic has effectively solved the problems that existed at past events? Trainers often complained that challengers appeared too rarely, making it difficult to complete tasks.
