Collecting seven stamps from field research unlocks a research breakthrough. Players can expect a very special monster from it. In September, it will be the legendary Johto Pokémon Entei.
Field Research in September with Entei
When will Entei be available? Niantic announced on Thursday evening that Entei will be the reward from field research breakthroughs starting September 1st at 10:00 PM German time. It will replace Raikou, which was the reward in August.

This is why players are excited: Entei is not a new guest in Pokémon GO, as it has already been a raid boss in the game. However, defeating such strong raid bosses requires a group of Pokémon trainers.
