In line with the start of Fashion Week 2021, Niantic has released costumed Pokémon in Pokémon GO. These include Butterfree, Sneasel, Cresselia, Kirlia, Luxio, Glameow, and Zebstrika. We show you how the Shinys look now that you can catch them.
What kind of Shinys are these? Right now, you can catch rare Shinys in Pokémon GO. They are special because they will only appear in this form during Fashion Week. Some Pokémon are wearing fashionable accessories and are available in their sparkling form. A combination of a costumed Shiny is what many trainers are currently looking for.

Which costume Shinys are there?
You can meet these now: If you are lucky, you will encounter the sparkling costume forms of:
- Butterfree
- Sneasel
- Cresselia
- Kirlia
- Luxio
- Glameow
- Zebstrika

The trainers’ finds: Since the start of Fashion Week 2021, trainers have been actively playing Pokémon GO and have already encountered some of the Shinys.
We show you here screenshots of the trainers from the community. This includes Pokémon that you could previously encounter at earlier events with costumes, but which are now also active – like Glameow.
Where can you find the costumed Shinys?
Wilderness: In the wilderness, you will find costumed Butterfree, Kirlia, Glameow, and Zebstrika.
Eggs: In the 7 km eggs, you will find costumed Cresselia and Luxio. Please note that only the 7 km eggs that you received after the start of Fashion Week 2021 count.
Raids:
- In the 1-star raids, you will find costumed Sneasel, Luxio, and Glameow
- in the 3-star raids, you will find costumed Butterfree and Kirlia
