The 38th Nest Change in Pokémon GO created new nests. These monsters from the 3rd generation like to gather there in groups.
Every 14 days, the so-called nests change in Pokémon GO. These are places where many monsters of the same species gather. Over a longer period, you can find many Magikarp at these locations, and now also Pokémon from the 3rd generation.
Because the new monsters from the Hoenn region are now also part of the nest Pokémon.
Gen 3 Nests – Which Pokémon are in?
A few days ago, Niantic began the extended release of the 3rd generation. We already saw the first monsters from the Hoenn region at Halloween. Now, at the beginning of December, 50 more Pokémon have been released.
Trainers around the world are now diligently observing how the new monsters change Pokémon GO. Reports from the TheSilphRoad community show that the following 3rd generation monsters are now appearing in Pokémon GO nests:
- Treecko
- Torchic
- Mudkip
- Poochyena
- Zigzagoon
- Wurmple
- Lotad
- Seedot
- Makuhita
- Eneco
- Meditite
- Shroomish
- Roselia
- Shuppet
- Spoink
- Duskull
- Shuppet
Keep in mind that this is an initial version of the Gen 3 nests. In the coming weeks, further results from the community will be compiled to possibly enhance or improve the list.
Nests in Pokémon GO are important for trainers who are looking for many candies of a specific Pokémon species. You often find the nests at gyms or PokéStops. Parks and green areas also provide space for the increased spawns.
The selection of Pokémon that appear in the nests is random. So if you have no luck with a nest, you will have to wait about 14 days for the next change.
Do you have too few PokéStops and therefore hardly any nests? The problem might soon be solved, as Niantic is working on a solution for submitting PokéStops. And this time without the detour through Ingress.
