Pokémon GO: The new field research in February 2022 – All rewards

In Pokémon GO, with the change of the month, the field research tasks and their rewards have also been adjusted. We at MeinMMO have taken a look at which quests you can secure in February and what rewards are hidden behind them.

What kind of tasks are there? If you spin a PokéStop in Pokémon GO, you will receive a so-called field research task. The quests and rewards are always adjusted with the change of the month, which is why there will be new tasks in February as well.

Once you have earned the research, you can find it under the “Field” category, which you can open by clicking on the binoculars. You can hold up to 4 tasks for processing there. So if you want to collect more tasks, you must first redeem some or delete them. Otherwise, you have unlimited time to solve them.

Which monsters are most worth it?

This month, Pandir is particularly worthwhile again. The monster can currently only be found in field research and has different fur patterns. This month you will encounter the fur color 4. With a bit of luck, you may even encounter a shiny.

Additionally, Kaumalat and Dratini are worth it due to their strong evolutions. These belong to the best attackers in Pokémon GO, so a strong specimen should not be missing from your collection.

Field Research Breakthrough in February 2022

In addition to the field research tasks, the research breakthrough has also changed as usual in February. If you redeem at least one field research on each of the 7 days, the research breakthrough will be unlocked and bring you another encounter.

In February 2022, you can encounter the Psychic Pokémon Psiau. It can evolve into Psiaugon. This can be visually distinguished as male and female. Of course, it is now finally available as shiny. You can recognize shiny Psiau by its pink body.
