Which types are effective? The types Ice and Water are strong against Demeteros. However, it has a double weakness to Ice type. So focus primarily on such Pokémon.

What moves does Demeteros learn? Overall, Demeteros can master 6 different moves. However, the two Ground attacks are particularly important. So you should focus on these:

How can you get Demeteros? The legendary Pokémon can again be found in Level 5 Raids. However, it also appears as a reward in the PvP League. So if you have earned some victories there, you could receive it as a reward and do not have to complete a raid.
