All about the return of Team Rocket
Players report: According to initial reports, Team Rocket can now be found significantly more often. A screenshot on Reddit shows that 5 PokéStops in the immediate vicinity of a player are being occupied by Team Rocket.
The rarity of Team Rocket was a problem at the feature’s launch. Many players complained that they had not encountered a Grunt at all, as they were simply too rare.
What do you need to consider? You can recognize Team Rocket by a dark blue PokéStop. As you approach this stop, it turns black. When you spin it, a Rocket Grunt appears and wants to battle.
You must defeat the villain in a Trainer battle, and you will receive a Shadow Pokémon that you can catch. What you need to consider with the monsters can be read here:
This is new: Shadow Pokémon can no longer be traded. This was possible at the beginning, which allowed many Pokémon to be obtained with 100% IV. That no longer works.
