Johto Tour: The developers are looking forward to the Johto Tour, following the positive feedback on the Kanto Tour last year. They emphasize the new Gym Leaders based on characters that the community entered in a competition. You can choose whether or not to use these contents. Additionally, they highlight the new Masterwork research that brings you Apex-Crypto Pokémon.
Trainer Battles: In PvP, the developers are currently focused on fixing bugs. The next developer diary will address this topic. What we know about Season 11 of the battle league in Pokémon GO.
Postcards: Niantic states that they are pleased with the positive feedback and are working on new features. These include notifications, saving stickers, an increased gift limit, new postcard sorting functions, and new postcard descriptions.
The Seasonal Update: According to Niantic, trainers received positively how the current season featuring Hoopa and the mysterious door has been rolled out. In the next season, they plan to “share several seasonal special research stories” with you. These will focus on smaller adventures.
Community Days: Regarding Community Days, Niantic says that “the last two years have been tough for all of us.” The team continues to work on strengthening the sense of community among trainers worldwide. One of these experiments was the first Community Day Classic. Niantic is now continuing its research in the area of the Community Days concept to make them “fresh and exciting.”
