In Pokémon GO is the last Community Day of this year now over. Before 2021 ends, we want to reflect on the year with you and hear from you which C-Day you liked best.
What is it about? In Pokémon GO, numerous events take place throughout the year. For example, in February 2021 you experienced a Kanto Tour and in July the huge Pokémon GO Fest. But of course, the monthly Community Day had to be included.
Now the year is almost over, and we want to look back with you on the past Community Days and know which one was the best for you in 2021.
Which Community Day did you like best?
Pokémon GO offered a total of 11 different Pokémon from January to November. In December, the grand conclusion regarding C-Days took place. This brought you, in addition to the 11 monsters you could catch this year, another 14 Pokémon from the Community Days of 2020.

What Community Days were there in 2021?
What is a Community Day? A Community Day is typically a one to a maximum of two-day event where a specific Pokémon is the focus. This spawns more frequently during the event times, and the shiny chance for this monster is also increased.
The Community Day takes place once a month. In addition to the mentioned Pokémon, it also brings you one or another bonus. This can be a shortened hatch distance, an XP or stardust bonus, or special trading bonuses. In 2021, the following monsters were the focus during the Community Days:
Machollo
In January, the Community Day in Pokémon GO was centered around the fighting Pokémon Machollo. You can evolve it into Machomei via Maschok, and it learned the event attack Counter during the event. Furthermore, Machollo rewarded you with triple stardust for catching Pokémon.
Roselia
In February, you encountered Roselia for the C-Day. The plant and poison Pokémon evolves into Roserade, which learned the exclusive moves Bullet Seed and Weather Ball during the event. As a special bonus, the hatch distance for eggs was reduced to a quarter.
Dartiri
Dartiri, a Normal and Flying type Pokémon, followed in March. The monster from Generation 6 can evolve into Fiaro via Dartignis. During the Community Day, Fiaro learned the special attack Incinerate. Additionally, it provided you with triple catch XP on that day.
Serpifeu
The plant Pokémon Serpifeu rewarded you with triple stardust during the Community Day in April when catching. Additionally, its final evolution, Serpiroyal, learned the event attack Flora Statue.
Wablu
In May, during this event, you could encounter the Pokémon Wablu. The monster comes from Generation 3, is a Normal and Flying type, and evolves into Altaria. Altaria was able to learn the special move “Moonblast” on C-Day. Additionally, eggs hatched four times as fast on that day.
Kaumalat
In June, the small Dragon and Ground-type Pokémon Kaumalat made its mark on the game. It provided you with triple XP when catching. If you evolved Kaumalat into Knakrack via Knarksel that day, the monster received the event attack Earth Power.
Floink
For the Community Day in July, you could encounter the Fire pig Floink. It belongs alongside Serpifeu and Ottaro to the starter Pokémon of the Unova region. If you evolved it into Flambirex via Ferkokel during the event, the final evolution learned the special attack Heat Wave. Additionally, there was triple stardust when catching.
Evoli
In August, you had an encounter with Evoli. The Pokémon from the first generation is a Normal type and can have eight different evolutions. During the event, they could learn the following special attacks:
- Aquana: Scald
- Blitza: Thunder Cannon
- Flamara: V-create
- Psiana: Shadow Ball
- Nachtara: Psychic
- Folipurba: Bullet Seed
- Glaziola: Aqua Ring
- Feelinara: Psychic

Ottaro
The Water Pokémon Ottaro was then at the center in September. If you evolved it into Admurai via Zwottronin, it learned the move Water Cannon. Additionally, there were triple XP for catching monsters.
Zwirrlicht
Just in time for Halloween season, the ghost Pokémon Zwirrlicht caused mischief. Its final evolution Zwirrfinst learned the special attack Shadow Ball on that day if you evolved it. Additionally, there was a free limited research task and triple stardust when catching.
Sheinux
For the last regular Community Day in November 2021, Sheinux was in focus. The Electric Pokémon evolves into Luxtra via Luxio, which learned Psycho Fang that day.
In addition to a four times faster hatch time, this event brought you triple candies when sending, a four times higher chance for XL candies when sending, 3 free raid passes, and 25% lower stardust costs when trading.
Community Day December
The Community Day in December was meant to be the grand finale of the C-Days 2021. Therefore, it also took place over two days. In the wild, you could encounter all the monsters from the Community Days of 2021.
In addition, the C-Day Pokémon from 2020 were also found in raids and 2-km eggs: Glumanda, Hornliu, Abra, Nebulak, Rihorn, Karpador, Porygon, Elekid, Elektek, Magby, Magmar, Samurzel, Plinfa, and Knospi. Of course, all monsters could again learn their usual event attacks for this event.
Furthermore, this Community Day held numerous bonuses for you, such as double stardust and XP for catching, half hatch distance for eggs, reduced stardust costs for trading, an additional special trade per day, and a free limited research task.
