Pokémon GO is launching an event for the Game Awards 2020 and allows your Shadow Pokémon to forget “Frustration” during this time. You should definitely take this opportunity.
What is this event about? In line with the Game Awards 2020, Niantic is hosting an event for Pokémon GO. During the event, there are some bonuses for you. Particularly interesting are the temporary changes to Shadow Pokémon.

- Using Charged TMs makes Shadow Pokémon forget the Charged Attack Frustration

When does the event start? On Friday, December 11, at 01:00 AM, the event begins and runs until Saturday, December 12, at 01:00 AM.

Shadow Pokémon Forget Frustration
Why is this good? As you know, you shouldn’t ideally purify most of your Shadow Pokémon. This is important because they are stronger with their Shadow bonus than if you were to purify them.
The downside is that Shadow Pokémon initially have the Charged Attack “Frustration”. This is usually weaker than other Charged Attacks that the Shadows can learn. However, they cannot simply forget it at any time. The developers of Pokémon GO only allow specific time windows for this.
During the event for the Game Awards, it’s time again. Now you can teach all your Shadow Pokémon that know Frustration a better move, provided you have Charged TMs.
Which Pokémon is worth it? Generally, forgetting Frustration is interesting for legendary Shadow Pokémon. If you received a Mewtwo from the latest research, it’s best to teach it a new Charged Attack instead of Frustration.
For raids, the Pokémon Machamp is particularly interesting. Since you regularly receive Machop from GO Rocket members, the chances are high that you own the Shadow form of Machamp. Again, Frustration should be forgotten.
