The Enigma Week starts today, on August 7th, in Pokémon GO. Featuring Icognito, Deoxys, and Pygraulon, we will show you all the bonuses and contents that await you during the event.
What kind of event is this? The Enigma Week starts on August 7th in Pokémon GO and is the second part of the Hyperbonus that trainers earned during the GO Fest 2020. You now have two event weeks ahead of you. The first part of the event was the Dragon Week.
During the Enigma Week, you can expect special spawns in the wild like Lunastein, Sterndu, Sonnfel, and Pygraulon. Additionally, the 7 km egg contents, raids, and shiny Pokémon will be changing.
Every player can participate in this event, even if you did not buy a ticket for the GO Fest 2020.
The contents of the Enigma Week in Pokémon GO
When does it start? The Enigma Week kicks off tonight, on August 7th, at 10:00 PM German time. At that time, the current Dragon Week will end.
The new event will be active for another week, ending on Friday, August 14th, at 10:00 PM German time.
New spawns for you: The wilderness of Pokémon GO will see some changes. Niantic has already explained which species you will see more frequently. These are:
- Sterndu
- Pummeluff
- Piepi
- Lunastein
- Sonnfel
- Puppance
- Bronzel
- Pygraulon
New contents of the 7 km eggs: In the eggs with a distance of 7 kilometers, you can expect the following species:
- Pii
- Fluffeluff
- Lunastein
- Sonnfel
- Pygraulon
New raid bosses: A new event week usually also brings new bosses to gyms. So does the Enigma Week. Get ready for
- Bronzong
- Lepumentas
- Pygraulon
- Icognito in forms U, L, T, R, and A
More bosses have not yet been announced. We will also inform on MeinMMO as soon as the lineup is clear.
These shinies await you: For shiny hunters among you, this event might get exciting. On your agenda are Sterndu, Deoxys, and Icognito. Sterndu can be encountered in its shiny form practically everywhere, as it spawns more frequently in the wild.
Deoxys in its shiny form can be found with luck when completing legendary raids.
During the Enigma Week, you will also encounter Icognito as a raid boss. Here too, you need luck to find the shiny form. After the Dragon Week, trainers already show skepticism towards the shiny announcement.
