This is the bonus for today: As in every week, the Spotlight Hour gives you an additional bonus during the event in addition to the Pokémon. Today, you will receive double experience points for evolving Pokémon.
Additionally, spawns on the map will transform into Wolly during the event.
Is there Shiny Wolly? No, you cannot catch that yet in Pokémon GO.
