When does the Spotlight Hour start? As usual, the event starts at 6:00 PM local time. It is active for one hour and ends at 7:00 PM.
What bonuses are there? During the event hour, you will find Fukano spawning very frequently in the wild. If you light a incense, it will mostly attract Fukano as well. However, keep in mind that Niantic weakened incense and you should now move for it.
