What kind of event is this? On Tuesday evenings, Pokémon GO has a fixed schedule for Spotlight Hours. At the beginning of a month, Niantic announces which Pokémon will be the focus during these hours. For 60 minutes, you will find them particularly frequently in the wild at the scheduled times. There will also be a bonus.

Spotlight Hour on November 22 – Start, Bonuses, Shiny
When does it start? As you know from these events, today’s Spotlight Hour starts at 6:00 PM local time. It will be active for one hour and ends at 7:00 PM.
What bonuses are available? During the event, you will encounter Lilminip almost everywhere in the wild. If you want, you can activate incense to attract even more Pokémon of this type.
The event is accompanied by a bonus. For sending Pokémon, you will receive double the amount of candy.

Is there a Shiny Lilminip? No, the shiny version of Lilminip has not yet been unlocked in Pokémon GO. You cannot catch it today at the event.
Is today’s Spotlight Hour worth it? Neither Lilminip nor its evolution Dressella are interesting attackers in the game. It is advisable to use the Spotlight Hour to tidy up your collection. Because when sending Pokémon, you receive twice as many candies as usual.
