Today, you will encounter the fire and ground Pokémon Camaub more frequently during the one-hour event. It originates from Generation 3 and can evolve into Camerupt. Additionally, it brings you a special candy bonus today.

When does the Spotlight Hour start? As in every week, the Spotlight Hour will also start today promptly at 6:00 PM local time. It will last for one hour until it ends at 7:00 PM.
What bonuses are there? Throughout the entire Spotlight Hour, you can encounter Camaub in the wild at every corner. Using incense, more specimens can be attracted. However, be aware that it is not as effective when standing still. To make the best use of it, you should move around. Additionally, you can expect double candy when sending Pokémon.
Can you catch shiny Camaub? No, unfortunately, Camaub is not yet available in its shiny form in the game.
Is the Spotlight Hour with Camaub worth it today?
How strong is it: Camaub and its evolution Camerupt are not particularly strong. They do not play much of a role in the PvP League. And also in raids, you should rather rely on the best attackers in Pokémon GO.
