The next Spotlight Hour in Pokémon GO is coming up. Here you can catch Dusselgurr and secure some candies.
What kind of event is this? The Spotlight Hour takes place every Tuesday evening. Here you will encounter a different Pokémon each week that appears significantly more frequently for one hour.
On October 1st, this Pokémon will be Dusselgurr. Dusselgurr is essentially the Pidgey of the fifth generation: it made its debut in the Pokémon games Black & White.
Its evolutions are called Navitaub and Fasasnob. Fasasnob looks quite different depending on whether it is a male or female specimen.

Spotlight Hour on October 1 – Content and Bonuses
When does the Spotlight Hour start? The event starts on October 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM. It will then run until 7:00 PM
What bonus is there? You will receive double candies for all Pokémon you send during this time. So check your Pokémon collection for which monsters you could send to increase your candy supplies.
Is there Shiny Dusselgurr? Yes, there is. You can catch the shiny version, but there is no increased chance.
Is the current Spotlight Hour worth it? Dusselgurr is negligible in terms of combat power. Neither the little pigeon nor its evolutions really offer anything if you want to climb the ranks in the PvP battle league.
Also, Dusselgurr is missing from the list of best attackers in Pokémon GO. However, its evolution Fasasnob is at least a decent flying monster if you are still at the beginning of your trainer career and do not yet have some of the more powerful Pokémon in your team. So you can definitely send it to a raid or two if you lack better alternatives.
