These are the 2 extra bonuses during the event: In addition to the previously known content of the GO Fest, the following applies this weekend:
- On Saturday, a field research bonus will be active. This means you will receive new field research tasks at PokéStops every hour between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. So if you plan to play in a park, you can regularly get new research tasks from already spun stops.
- The ready button for raids: Players have long wished for this button, and now it comes into use. When all players in the lobby press the ready button, the timer will jump to 10 seconds until the raid starts. However, it is only available when at least two players are in the lobby.
Hyperbonus brings new Pokémon, must be unlocked during the GO Fest
This is the Hyperbonus: During the GO Fest different habitats with global challenges will run. Trainers all over the world must complete these together. They not only provide a bonus for the hour but also the Hyperbonus: a special event.
Niantic has not fully revealed the bonus yet, but it will take place during an event that the developers are temporarily calling A ???-Adventure

When is A ???-Adventure
happening? The event runs from September 5 to September 10.
What does the bonus bring? If 20 global challenges are completed, the following bonuses will occur during the ??? event:
- Quadruple catch XP
- Quadruple catch Stardust
- 5 still secret raid bosses of level 1 that can also appear as shiny
- A limited research with a secret encounter, which can also be shiny
Additionally, the bonus brings another event from September 10 to 15. There will be debuts for
- a still secret bug Pokémon
- a electric Pokémon
- a flying Pokémon
- and an ice Pokémon.
What kind of monsters will they be? What they will be is still unknown. However, Pokémon GO announced that Paldea Pokémon will appear in the upcoming season starting in September.
Therefore, some trainers (via reddit) suspect that the four debuts could also be Paldea Pokémon. For the 1-star raid bosses, trainers suspect that it might probably be Incognito raids.
