In Pokémon GO the Community Day in March 2021 is approaching. The developers hinted at which Pokémon will participate. It will likely be a bird from the 6th generation.
Update, February 16: The Pokémon for the Community Day in March 2021 is now officially confirmed.
What did the developers show? On Twitter, the official Pokémon GO account released the first hints on February 15 at 11:00 PM.
A photo with footprints is supposed to lure trainers onto the right track. But speculation ran wild in all directions.
Hours later, they revealed another hint to the trainers, which suddenly eliminated many Pokémon from consideration. The sought-after Pokémon is said to originate from the Kalos region. That is the region of the 6th generation.

This is what you should guess: The photo shows 8 footprints in muddy ground between blades of grass.
Many trainers speculated after these first hints that the sought-after Pokémon could possibly be a Taubsi. But this assumption was completely dismissed at least with the Kalos-region hint.
This is the Pokémon being considered: Trainers are almost certain that the sought-after Pokémon is a Dartiri (English: Fletchling). The small, narrow footprints indicate a light bird.
Additionally, according to reddit, a YouTuber from Niantic’s partner program accidentally released a video too early, showing the Pokémon and the exclusive event attack. This video also revolved around Dartiri.
The thin legs match the narrow footprints that Niantic shared with the trainers in the tweet.
It has two evolutions. Dartiri evolves into Dartignis and Dartignis evolves into Fiaro.
Since November 2020, you can catch Dartiri in Pokémon GO. It was one of the first Pokémon from Generation 6 that were released in the game.
Since then, Dartiri has already gotten a negative reputation. Trainers reported in December 2020 that the hunt for Dartiri was unusually difficult. They mentioned many failed attempts to catch the small bird.
A few weeks later, this led to a larger discussion in the community. Players in Pokémon GO complain about unjustifiably poor catch chances.

This is what players say: Dartiri as a candidate for the Community Day in March 2021 is received mixed by the trainers. Some say it has its advantages. After all, they would finally unlock a new Shiny that is not from the Kanto region.
Others only want to catch what’s necessary and do not take this event as seriously as others. We show you the first reactions:
