Server problems cause frustration: Since this morning, there have been server issues in Pokémon GO. Some players cannot even get into the game and cannot participate in the Safari in Westfalenpark Dortmund. This is causing frustrated players in the community.
Niantic’s contingency plan: The developers are aware of the problems and are informing trainers via social media. Niantic states: Now even more Pokémon are appearing in the city of Dortmund. Those who traveled to Dortmund for the Safari Zone should rather explore the city than go to Westfalenpark. There are capacity issues there.
The 2KM Eggs are also available in the city: A feature of the Safari Zone is special 2KM Eggs from which rare monsters hatch. These were originally supposed to be available only in Westfalenpark by spinning the Photo Discs. However, they can now also be obtained across Dortmund during the Safari Zone.
