Refund for Pokémon GO

Refund for iOS Users
For Apple devices, you can request a refund as follows:
- First, you need to visit the official Apple website and report a “Problem”.
- Then, log in with the Apple ID you used to make the in-game purchases.
- For the “Pokémon GO” app, select “Report a Problem” and click the option “Item opens, but does not work as expected”.
- Next, explain in a text box why your in-app purchases are no longer useful and submit the request.

Generally, Apple’s customer service responds very quickly to these requests.
Refund for Android Users
Purchases made within the last 48 hours are refunded directly.
- Log in to the Google Play Store.
- If your in-app purchase is within 48 hours, you can easily request a refund.
- If more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase, you should contact the Google Play Store directly for a refund. According to Reddit, this method has worked for some players.
