The data miner Chrales has found quests for the GO Fest in Dortmund from Pokémon GO. The tasks also reveal some Shinys that might be catchable in Dortmund.
These are the quests: In line with the GO Fest, there is also a special research around Jirachi. There are some interesting quests that can be solved using the event Pokémon.
In Chicago, for example, one had to take pictures of Hippopotas or Seep. Similar tasks are now also available for Dortmund, but different Pokémon are important there.
Look forward to these tasks in Dortmund
These quests were leaked: The data miner Chrales found the following quests in an update of Pokémon GO. So far, it is just a leak and not confirmed by Pokémon GO.
- Take a photo of Nidoran in the “Rocky Terrain”
- Take a photo of Barschwa at the “Boat Lake”
- Take a photo of Myrapla in the “Mysterious Woods”
- Take a photo of Meditie in the “Mysterious Woods”
- Take a photo of Magnetilo at the “Steel Factory”
We have intentionally not translated the names of the locations. It remains to be seen whether and how Niantic will name these locations in German.
What’s the deal with the locations? The GO Fest will have special habitats. In each habitat, different Pokémon will spawn. The Steel Factory will certainly bring many Steel-type Pokémon.
In Chicago, there were for example “Spooky Woods”. There, Ghost and Dark-type Pokémon appeared.
What Shinys are available at the GO Fest? If the leaked quests are correct, then the following Shinys should likely be confirmed and appear more frequently:
- Barschwa
- Meditie
- Magnetilo
In addition, the release of Shiny Nidoran male is becoming increasingly likely. After all, it is, just like Seep in Chicago, found in the announcement image for Dortmund.
Furthermore, it has now been mentioned here, and an increased spawn rate without Shiny would be unlikely for a GO Fest.
Will there be more possible Shinys on site? The list of possible Shinys will still become significantly longer. In Chicago, there were over 70 different Pokémon. A large part of them was also available as Shiny.
For Dortmund, there will certainly be more Pokémon added.
