Generation 2 Pokémon will be activated in the game starting today. Selected Pokémon from this generation will be the first. Pokémon GO: Generation 2 now available in the game
With an introduction video, the developers announced that certain Pokémon from Generation 2 can now hatch from eggs. On the official website, the developers state: Professor Willow has discovered that Togepi and Pichu can now hatch from eggs.
In addition, there should be more Pokémon that were found in Gold and Silver in the Johto region. These would be Fluffeluf, Rabautz, and Pii – but initial reports should still be awaited. Therefore, up to five new Pokémon could come today.
This feature is expected to be activated in the game today. Since “today” refers to US time, it may take until night time for us.
