Currently, only Giratina dominates the legendary raids in Pokémon GO. However, players demonstrate that this raid boss can be easily defeated with Snorlax.
How do players defeat Giratina? To defeat Giratina, 3 players fighting with Snorlax are sufficient. Snorlax is a classic defender and not particularly useful as an attacker.
However, he seems strong enough to defeat the currently strongest raid boss.
Watch here how Snorlax easily defeats a Giratina
This is the video: In the video, trainers Jaker0315, MrDrProfZoidbrg, and KingOfNoPants attack a Giratina together. The trainers are not even all at maximum level.
How does it work? It is quite remarkable that 3 players with Snorlax are enough to defeat Giratina. All Snorlax know the move Body Slam. This move was recently able to be learned by the Pokémon.
This move hits Giratina very effectively, allowing Snorlax to score points.
Can I do it too? This challenge is quite easy to complete. You don’t even need to level up your Snorlax significantly. It is sufficient if they have around 2700 CP and above.
However, the move Body Slam is important. If your Snorlax knows this move, then you should be able to take down Giratina easily with three of you.
This is what the challenge is about: Trainers repeatedly try to set up special challenges. The goal is to defeat a legendary Pokémon with very few players or with unusual Pokémon.
We have already reported multiple times about these challenges:
- A group of players defeated a Kyogre using only their Pikachu.
- Players have soloed 4-star raids such as Absol, Rhydon, or Ninjask.
- Cresselia was defeated by just two players.
- Dialga was beaten in duo.
- Rayquaza could even be defeated by two players at level 25.
