The Community Day in May hasn’t even started yet and players of Pokémon GO already have a suspicion about the Pokémon for next month.
Which Pokémon is under suspicion? According to the players, it could be Bummelz as the Pokémon for the Community Day in June. The reasoning behind this seems very plausible.
That’s why the Community Day in June could revolve around Bummelz
This is what the fans suspect: If you look at the Raid Bosses for the upcoming event, one Pokémon stands out among the level 1 raids: Bummelz.
So Bummelz is the only Pokémon among the 1 star raids that cannot be Shiny. So why is Bummelz on the list?
Similarly, it was with Kindwurm back then. The dragon Pokémon was fought as a 1-star raid but could not be Shiny yet. Shortly after, there was the Community Day with Kindwurm. You could secure a good specimen in advance and then evolve it into Brutalanda with Outrage.
Could Bummelz be a candidate for the Community Day? Bummelz already fits the pattern for a Community Day. It has two evolution stages, just like every Pokémon that has had a Community Day so far (with Pikachu being the exception).
In addition, the current Community Days are all about Pokémon from Generation 3. Bummelz is one of the Pokémon from this generation, so it could fit.
One last point in favor of Bummelz is the fact that in June a Pokémon will be featured that is not a starter. In this regard, Niantic rotates monthly: One month a starter appears, and the next month another Pokémon is brought in.
Is there anything against Bummelz? The usefulness of the evolutions speaks against Bummelz. Letarking is only a Pokémon for defense. And there has not been any monster like that at the Community Days so far.
What move can you teach Letarking? Certainly not an attack that makes the monster significantly stronger in attack.
What do you think? Would Bummelz be a candidate for the Community Day?
