Are you hungry Pokémon GO trainers? In a few days, you will find Pokémon toys in Happy Meals from McDonald’s.
Happy Meal with Pokémon
Starting from January 18, you will find Pikachu not only in Pokémon GO in the wild, at PokéStops, or in gyms, but also at McDonald’s. In an advertisement, the fast-food company shows that Pokémon fans can choose between a book or a Pokémon toy when they order a Happy Meal starting from this date.
It is unclear which Pokémon will be available on the menu. The advertisement only shows a happy Pikachu, which Pokémon GO trainers are already familiar with from special in-game events. Just recently, there was a Pikachu with a hat during the Christmas event in Pokémon GO.
Alleged leak claims to know the additional Pokémon
For such special events, there are often leaks from anonymous sources claiming to know “more.” A picture of the possible Happy Meal promotion has also surfaced, showing not only Pikachu but also Sprigatito, Eevee, Rowlet, Squirtle, Meowth, Litten, and Psyduck.
At least Litten could be confirmed through this leak, as the Austrian McDonald’s website is also promoting this Pokémon for upcoming Happy Meals. However, there starting from January 11.
Fans speculate that it might be the same figures that were available in English and Canadian McDonald’s locations. There, the figures also came with collectible cards of the respective Pokémon. Which monsters we will find in Germany will likely be revealed in a few days.
Which Pokémon would you like to see as collectible figures from a Happy Meal?
Even in Pokémon GO, the monsters are currently traveling around the world. Recently, two regional monsters switched their locations.
