The new Season in Pokémon GO is called “Mighty and Masterful,” or Might & Mastery in the original English. We list what to expect in the Season.
When does the Season start? It starts on March 4 at 10:00 AM. After that, the Season will run for three months until June 3.
What is the highlight? A lot in the new Season seems to revolve around battle Pokémon, based on the new trailer. Most notably, the Pokémon Dakuma takes center stage, which can evolve into Wulaosu. The latter has two forms: the Focused and the Flowing Style.
How to get Dakuma? As part of the Season’s special research, we will encounter Dynamax-Dakuma and can catch it there. The research will be expanded throughout the Season.
Second research: To get a second Dynamax-Dakuma, you can buy another special research in the shop. This is expected to cost 8 US dollars (in euros, roughly similar). It can be purchased between March 5 and March 10, if desired.
New trailer: Dakuma also appears prominently in the new trailer with its evolutions. You can watch the trailer here:

New Pokémon: Kleptifux and Gaunux have been named as new Pokémon. However, one should keep an eye out for more Pokémon. It is to be expected that it won’t end with just the two.

- The first catch of the day gives more stardust
Research breakthrough: The research breakthrough will bring you Alola-Knogga, Flunkifer, Shardrago, Miniras, Knarbon, or Frospino. Except for Frospino, all have a chance of being shiny.
