Today, on September 8, 2021, the Psychic Spectacular starts in Pokémon GO. Just in time for the start of the new event, there are new field research quests and a limited-time research task. We looked at what those tasks are and what rewards await you.
What kind of tasks are those? The tasks are event-related quests available to you as part of the Psychic Spectacular in the game. On one hand, there is a limited research series that you can find in the Today section of Pokémon GO. On the other hand, you’ll receive special field research tasks at PokéStops.
When does the Psychic Spectacular take place? The Psychic Spectacular starts today, on September 8, 2021, at 10:00 AM local time. You have until September 13, 2021, at 8:00 PM to complete the limited-time task.
These are the new field researches for the Psychic Spectacular
During the Psychic Spectacular, there will be 6 new field researches available to you. To obtain them, simply spin a PokéStop. With the help of LeekDuck’s overview, we took a look at what those tasks are and summarized them for you (via Leekduck/reddit).

During the event period, you can also complete a limited research in addition to the new field research tasks. You can find this in the Today view of your game. You have until the end of the event, on September 13, 2021, at 8:00 PM local time, to complete the tasks.

Stage Reward: If you complete all tasks of this part, you will receive the following reward: An encounter with Iscalar, 1,000 XP and 1,000 Stardust.
If you have completed all 5 parts of the limited research, then it’s already over. Remember that you must collect your rewards by September 13 at 8:00 PM, otherwise they will disappear at the end of the event.
