The Sinnoh event in Pokémon GO has started and brings many new raid bosses. Most of these are from Generation 4. We will show you which ones are particularly worthwhile.
Why are there new raid bosses? The Sinnoh event started this morning at 8:00 AM local time and has also changed the raid bosses. Now you can find Pokémon that were first discovered in the Sinnoh region.
This is surprising because just 2 days ago there were new bosses that included the legendary Pokémon Boreos.
All raid bosses for the Sinnoh event
| Raid Level | Pokémon |
| Level 1 Raid (red egg) | Sheinux* Praktibalk Klikk* Burmy* (all forms) Hippopotas* |
| Level 2 Raid (red egg) | Magmar Elektek Traunfugil* Roselia* Zirpeise Pliprin |
| Level 3 Raid (yellow egg) | Alolan Raichu* Staraptor Drifzepeli Bojelin Skuntank Toxiquak |
| Level 4 Raid (yellow egg) | Togetic Alolan Marowak* Galarian Muk Rhyhorn Chelterrar Panferno Stalobor |
| Level 5 Raid (black egg) | Boreos |
All Pokémon marked with an asterisk (*) can also be encountered as Shiny.
Which bosses are particularly worthwhile? Especially interesting is Praktibalk. This Pokémon evolves into Meistagrif, one of the best Fighting attackers in the game. If you trade it beforehand, you will save a lot of candies.
Stalobor is also interesting. This Pokémon is among the best Ground attackers and you don’t even need to evolve it further.
With Elektek, you have another solid counter against the current legendary boss Boreos. Its evolution, Elevoltek, is indeed one of the top counters.
For the PvP league, Alolan Marowak and Alolan Raichu are currently interesting. These two Pokémon are among the best attackers in the Super League and a good specimen is certainly not wrong.
How long are the bosses available? If you want to secure a Pokémon, you need to do it this weekend.
The raid bosses are only available until the end of the Sinnoh event. This ends on Monday, February 10, at 9 AM local time. After that, the old bosses will return to the raids.
The event around Pokémon Day is also starting soon. We will show you the details here:
