In Pokémon GO, Terrakion has taken over the legendary raids and brings along a wave of new raid bosses. We show you which ones are particularly worth it.
That’s why new bosses are here: The legendary boss in Pokémon GO has changed. Cobalion is gone and replaced by Terrakion. With this change, all the other bosses are also rotating completely.
You will now find effective counters against Terrakion in the lower raids. Additionally, there are various potential shinies.

Which bosses are worth it? Especially 3 bosses are effective counters against Terrakion. These include Simsala, Espeon, and Machomei. So if you don’t have a good counter team yet, you should do these raids beforehand.
Otherwise, Despotar is always a good choice. While it is not effective against Terrakion, it is one of the best attackers of type Rock and Dark.
Are there any more highlights? If you haven’t gotten Galarian Weezing yet, you can take the chance this time. The other bosses are not particularly striking, and especially in the level 2 raids, there are surprisingly few potential shinies.
How long are the bosses available? They will remain in the raids until the end of Terrakion. This will disappear on December 17th. In the meantime, however, events may come that briefly alter the raid bosses.
