The method to redeem the codes depends on your smartphone. In Pokémon GO, the processes between iOS and Android are slightly different. While Android allows you to redeem codes directly in the game, iOS requires a workaround through an external website.
On Android devices: If you are playing with an Android device, you can simply redeem promo codes in the in-game shop. You just need to scroll down until you find the “Promos” field. There, enter the code, confirm, and the items should then appear in your bag.
